In this role, you will serve as a vital ambassador for both the Law School and the University. By championing our mission and delivering an exceptional level of service to prospective applicants, you will help design and execute a successful recruitment and communication plan to enroll a highly qualified, diverse class.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, collaborative connections with both internal and external constituents, including prospective students, pre-law advisors, alumni, faculty, and staff.

National Recruitment: Travel to law fairs and recruitment events across the country to represent Notre Dame Law School and the larger University.

Application Evaluation: Review and evaluate student applications thoroughly and equitably for a mission-focused and highly selective program.

Event Management: Manage and lead on-campus recruitment programs as well as virtual information sessions.

Strategic Communication: Develop and execute tailored communication strategies to engage prospective and admitted students.
