ln observance of the 4th of July holiday, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ offices will be closed on Thursday, July 3. However, Customer Service representatives will be available via telephone at 1.800.336.3982, via email at ¾«¶«Ó°Òµinfo@¾«¶«Ó°Òµ.org and via chat from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. On Friday, July 4, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ offices, including Customer Service, will remain closed. Customer Service representatives will be available on our normal weekend hours, 12 noon to 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6.
Remote Testing Checklist
If you’re taking the LSAT remotely, here is a list of what to expect on test day and the steps you need to complete to ensure your test session runs smoothly.
This is important. Please note that Google Chrome is the only supported browser.
Restart and reconnect within 30 minutes of the issue to ensure your confirmation number is valid. If you connect after that time, you will not be able to proceed with your exam.
If you experience connection issues, consider using an ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. If you disconnect too many times, you will not be able to proceed with your exam.
